There are two loading zones to the right of our main entrance. They are marked with signs and hash marks on the ground.
These zones are for temporary parking for 20 minutes or less, while loading or unloading vehicles.
Longer term parking is not allowed in these areas.
Improperly parked vehicles may be towed without warning.
What Happens If I Don't Move My Vehicle?
If the vehicle is found in the Loading Zones for more than 20 minutes, it may be towed by Metro Towing (617-364-0523).
Also, the Unit Owner may be fined for each day it is in the Loading Zones.
The Loading Zones are a shared community resource.
