Most residents store their bicycles in their units.
However, we have some limited on site storage for bicycles in several places inside The Lofts. These spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
To make sure that there is space for all, please make sure that you register your bike with one of the Managers and place a sticker on the seat pole.
This will allow us to ascertain if the bike belongs to a current resident or was abandoned when they moved out.
How to Register Your Bike
- Download the registration form here.
- Hand it to Jim Sisk or one of the Managers for a sticker with a number on it
- Place the sticker on your bike’s seat pole.

Bike Safety
- Understand that parking your bike in the designated common spaces is at your own risk. The Board of Managers and Condo Association assume no risk in the event of damage or theft.
- Please store your bike carefully and be respectful of your neighbors’ bikes.
- Unregistered bikes are subject to removal without notice or warning by the Board of Managers.
