MotherBrook Condo Association includes all of the individual buildings on the 1 Westinghouse Plaza location. All building owners are part of the association, including the Lofts at Westinghouse. A representative from the Lofts Board of Managers is required to be on the MotherBrook board of managers. Decisions and votes by this governing board are weighted based upon percentage ownership of the whole property.
