DESCRIPTION:The Annual Meeting of Unit Owners \nA vote will be held to elect Managers and discuss Lofts Condo Business. DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a Q&A Session with the Trustees of the Lofts Board of Managers. \nTrustees will be available in the lobby to discuss and answer any questions about the upcoming vote on the updated Lofts Rental amendment. \nThe amendment is to cap the number of units that can be rented to help maintain a healthy balance between owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied condos. \nAn email with the amendment and instructions for filling out the ballot will be sent out by R Brown Partners\, the management company\, a few weeks prior to the session. If you do not receive your ballot instructions by April 1st\, please email Jim at jsisk@r-brownpartners.com. \nThe updated amendment takes into consideration the comments made by owners at the last information session and “grandfathers” current owners to be exempt from the amendment up to the sale of their current unit(s). \nBallots may be submitted at this session or may be submitted via mail or online.
