DESCRIPTION:The Annual Meeting of Unit Owners \nA vote will be held to elect Managers and discuss Lofts Condo Business. A quorum\, defined as unit owners entitled to more than 30% of the beneficial interest in The Lofts at Westinghouse Condominium Association\, must be represented\, in person or by proxy\, at the commencement of the meeting and at the time of the vote on the election of Managers. \nYour vote is important!  If you are unable to attend the meeting\, please contact Jim Sisk to get a Proxy designating another person or unit owner who will be present at the meeting and vote on your behalf.  Forward the completed Proxy to the Association by sending it to: \nJim Sisk\, R Brown Partners\n39 Brighton Avenue\, Boston\, MA 02134\nVia Email: jsisk@r-brownpartners.com\nVia Facsimile: 617-782-1151 \nItems on the agenda will include:\na) Election of five Managers each for a term of 1 year\nb) Financials:  Review of the Budget\nc) Items of Interest \nIf you are interested in running for election and want to submit your name as a candidate for election to the Board of Managers\, please call or email Jim Sisk (617-782-3400 or jsisk@r-brownpartners.com) to request that your name be placed on the ballot.  R Brown Partners will distribute information at the meeting\, prepared by candidates\, provided distribution piece\, limited to one page\, is delivered to Jim Sisk on or before June 1st by emailing copy to  HYPERLINK “mailto:jsisk@r-brownpartners.com” jsisk@r-brownpartners.com. \nAny unit owner who would like to have an item of interest discussed at the meeting\, can have it added to the Agenda by sending an email to  jsisk@r-brownpartners.com. \nYour attendance is important!  It is your opportunity to learn more about your condominium\, to ask questions and to make recommendations to the Board of Managers and R Brown Partners.   It also gives everyone the chance to see old neighbors and meet new ones.
