Resident and owner participation is required during forecasted snow events.
All residents and owners are required to move their vehicles during and after snow events. Please do this for yourself and also for your neighbors parking next to you. Failure to remove your vehicle during snow removal causes snow to build up between spaces, creating major inconveniences and liability for you and your neighbors. Even one vehicle left behind will impact the process.
During storms the snow removal contractor will make several visits to the property. The initial focus is on clearing the roadways to ensure vehicles can enter and exit the property.
As the storm winds down or stops, the contractors will return to clean up any errant piles and the parking spaces. Residents must temporarily move their vehicles to other parking spaces around the property to allow the use of heavy machinery to remove the snow from the spaces and provide safe footing.
• Do temporarily park in spaces around Buildings A & B.
• Do not park in spaces along Building K. You may be towed.
Communication during normal business hours, via email from R Brown Partners, will state the optimal times to move vehicles. After hours and on weekends, residents may opt to monitor social media for alerts by other residents or look for alerts on the bulletin board near the mailboxes.
In the event that you will not be on site during a forecast snow event, please make alternative plans with your neighbors to move your vehicle.
Failure to move your vehicle during snow events is not only an inconvenience to all but may also result in a fine, at the board of manager’s discretion, as repeated contractor visits and liabilities will cost Lofts at Westinghouse owners money.
