Lofts Board of Managers meetings are regular events where the Trustees get together to discuss and plan for the continued smooth running of the Lofts. We discuss old business and current projects or challenges, oversee and review the financials, hear from unit owners, and plan future improvements.
The meetings are handled virtually over Zoom.
Due to security concerns, we cannot publish the link to the video meeting. However, if you would like to sit in or discuss a concern with the Board, you may ask for a link by emailing Jim Sisk ([email protected]) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
The first 15 minutes of each meeting is Open Session and Unit owner concerns will be heard on a case by case basis at that time.

Occasionally, the Owners will be asked to vote for various reasons involving the business of the condo association.
One time per year, the Board of Managers are elected, the annual budget is reviewed and other matters are discussed.
A quorum, defined as unit owners entitled to more than 30% of the beneficial interest in The Lofts at Westinghouse Condominium Association, must be represented, in person or by proxy, at the commencement of the meeting and at the time of the vote on the election of Managers.
If you are interested in running for election and want to submit your name as a candidate for election to the Board of Managers, please call or email Jim Sisk (617-782-3400 or [email protected]) to request that your name be placed on the ballot. R Brown Partners will distribute information at the meeting, prepared by candidates, provided distribution piece, limited to one page, is delivered to Jim Sisk on or before June 1st by emailing copy to [email protected].
Any unit owner who would like to have an item of interest discussed at the meeting, can have it added to the Agenda by sending an email to [email protected].
